“Traveling – it leaves you speechless and then turns you into a storyteller.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – <\/strong>Ibn<\/strong> <\/strong>Battuta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mark’s Story<\/p>\n\n\n\n I’ve always loved the traveling\/storyteller quote! What I love even more is helping people become speechless, while traveling the world, and then hearing their stories. Stories that they will recount for the rest of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Having been in the international travel business since 1995 I have heard many stories. I have also been left speechless and developed my own stories, by traveling to 29 countries and 49 US States. Some of my more memorable experiences have been, skiing in Turkey, seeing lions up close on a safari in South Africa, hiking passed the 72 waterfalls of the Lauterbrunnen Valley in Switzerland, and heli-skiing in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I was born in Georgia, grew up in Colorado and I have moved back and forth across the country many times since college. Not long after moving back to Colorado from Arizona I was fortunate enough to reconnect with a high school sweetheart, to whom I am now married.\u00a0 Together we enjoy all that \u201cGod\u2019s Country\u201d has to offer including skiing, hiking, & biking, as well as traveling the World. I am a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, a veteran of the US Army, and I have volunteered as a ski coach with the Special Olympics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I’ve lived in Turkey; traveled to South Africa, Japan, Ecuador, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, USVI, Dominican Republic, Greece, Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Lichtenstein, Austria, Spain, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Netherlands, Croatia, Czechia, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary, and 49 US States, <\/p>\n\n\n\n What we believe sets our company apart, is the unique synergy between our roles as insurance agents and travel advisors.
